Miss Robbie has accused her son of stealing money and misusing her trademarks to open competing restaurants, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court Tuesday.
Andre Montgomery, the grandson of Sweetie Pie’s owner Miss Robbie, was gunned down in North St. Louis on Monday night. Police report that Montgomery, 21, was found suffering from several gunshot wounds and unconscious. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
