I’m hearing that Antonia “Toya” Carter may have gone under the knife for some enhancements. Toya was spotted out and about recently looking very voluptuous and I don’t think it was a new push up bra!!!
One of bossip.com spies says that they can’t be 100% sure that she had the surgery, but she has definitely done something.
