Complex and extremely well-balanced, the first “de luxe” version was created at Ritz Paris in 1923, an icon of cognac cocktails with an enchanting story, said to have been named after a motorcycle sidecar owned by a gentleman in Paris, then popularized in London: truly a tale of two cities.

– Cointreau
– Lemons

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake 1¼ oz Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal® with 1 oz Cointreau and ½ oz lemon juice with ice, then strain into your best coupe glass.
