FORVER I LOVE FRIDAYS: Ciearra Walker of PrepareStL Breaks Down Where The Initiative Will Be In The Streets Of St. Louis Beginning Today!

Ciearra Walker of Integrated Health Network joins us today to speak about the newly formed, PrepareSTL and how the initiative will be rolling out information and assistance to the City of St Louis.

The City of St. Louis and St. Louis County Health Departments, together with the St. Louis Regional Health Commission (RHC), St. Louis Integrated Health Network (IHN), Alive and Well Communities, the St. Louis Community Health Worker Coalition, and Emerging Wisdom / InPower Institute have joined forces to undertake a unified communications and outreach campaign geared toward the most vulnerable during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this campaign is to help stop the spread of the coronavirus and to help under-resourced community members survive the shutdown by providing information on vital resources. The initial phase of outreach for the campaign is targeted toward people of color, particularly African Americans and low-to-moderate income residents living in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County.
