OH NO!: Actress Sonja Sohn Arrested for Cocaine Possession

Actress Sonja Sohn was reportedly arrested for cocaine possession early Sunday. The 55-year-old actress was arrested in North Caroline at 2 a.m. for marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia charges are misdemeanors. The cocaine charge is a felony. She bailed out of jail after she was arrested. Her arraignment is Tuesday. She played Detective Shakima Greggs on “The Wire.” She currently plays ‘Laverne,’ ‘Brandon’s’ (played by Jason Mitchell) mother on ‘The Chi.” She was also the bartender who wanted the “LD” from Samuel L. Jackson in the first “Shaft,” reboot.
