WHO KNEW: Randy Jackson Says Tina Turner Once Shot Him
Michael Jackson’s little brother said it happened over his then-girlfriend, Bernadette. Bernadette was Tina’s assistant for 22 years. Randy says he went to Tina’s house and walked in on her and Bernadette “acting a little too affectionate toward each other.” Randy confirmed the story on Twitter after being asked about it. “Yes, Tina Turner shot me. I have the scar to prove it. Having said that, there was no violence on my part, nor have I ever owned or carried a weapon,” he posted. Bernadette confirmed the story to the website, I Love Old School Music.com. Tina, reportedly told Bernadette, “Bernadette, let me tell you something, you’ve got yourself an Ike Turner, You better get rid of him. I know you’re scared. I know what it’s like, Bernadette. It’s best for you if you stay here tonight. Just make sure you get rid of that Randy Jackson first thing tomorrow.” Randy said he busted a window to get into Tina’s home because no one would answer the door. Randy says Tina pointed a gun to his head.
