REALLY?: Halle Berry Almost Did “Speed” Instead of Sandra Bullock

Halle Berry is co-starring with Keanu Reeves in “John Wick 3.” They almost worked together on “Speed,” in 1994. Halle said in an interview, “I don’t know if you know this, but I was offered “Speed” before Sandra Bullock. I stupidly said no. But in my defense, when I read the script the bus didn’t leave the parking lot. They were offering me the parking lot version.” Halle plays an assassin in “John Wick 3.” She had to learn some martial arts. “John Wick 3,” is out May 17.
