Usher unloaded his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the northwest part of Atlanta for $775,000. Usher bought the house June 2007 for $970,000 and put it on the market about a year and a half ago. It’s a 2,908 square foot house. It has a rooftop deck and is minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Atlanta Falcons play. Last November Usher sold his Sunset strip crib. Back in August, Usher sold a 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom home in Alpharetta, GA.
