HERE FOR IT: Mathew Knowles Has Destiny’s Child Musical In The Works

Mathew Knowles is hoping the story of Destiny’s Child will take Broadway by storm. Mathew has playwright Je’Caryous Johnson helping to make this happen. The working title for the musical is Survivor: The Destiny’s Child Musical and Mathew Knowles is looking at a 2020 premiere date. Opening night would be in Houston. The musical is told from Mathew’s perspective. He owns the rights to all things Destiny’s Child-related, so the musical should have original versions of Destiny’s Child hits without clearance issues.
