50 Cent finally sold his Connecticut mansion after 12 years. 50 couldn’t find anyone to buy the 50-room mansion. He initially asked $18.5 million for the property but ended up selling it $3 million. 50 Cent will donate proceeds from the sale to the G-Unity Foundation Inc. That’s 50’s charity that is dedicated to providing grants to nonprofit organizations that focus on improving the quality of life for low-income and underprivileged communities. The home has 19 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, an indoor pool and hot tub (that supposedly seats 40 people), and a “substantial” night club. Multiple game rooms, a green-screen room, a recording studio, a full gym and a home theater can also be found in the 50,000-square-foot home. It sits on 17 acres. The lot features a pool, pond with fountain, basketball court, guesthouses, gardens, and a Playboy mansion-style grotto.
