OKURRR: Cardi B Sues Two Bloggers for Defamation

Cardi B filed the lawsuit against Latasha K. Her blog is called “unWinewithTashaK.” Cardi’s upset about 23 videos Tasha’s posted over the last 14 months. According to the suit, Tasha posted a video last April saying Cardi’s baby might be born with intellectual disabilities. The suggestion being that Cardi was doing drugs that would harm then-unborn Kulture. Cardi’s also suing Starmarie Ebony Jones, who, according to the lawsuit, posted a video in September accusing Cardi of doing Molly and cocaine. She also accused Cardi of engaging in prostitution. Starmarie Ebony Jones allegedly says of Cardi, “Just a Grammy nominated prostitute running around spreading her herpes.” In the suit, Cardi says she’s never been a prostitute or a user of cocaine and molly. She also denies ever having. Cardi says she’s given the women an opportunity to retract their statements, but since they haven’t, Cardi’s suing them for defamation and she wants an injunction making them delete the videos they posted.
