OBVIOUS: More Americans Say Gov Doesn't Help African-Americans Enough

A U.S. survey shows a record percentage of Americans, including growing percentages of Whites, Blacks, independents, Democrats and Republicans, believe the U.S. government doesn’t spend enough on improving the condition of African-Americans. 52 percent of Americans think the country spends too little on improving the conditions of Blacks. That’s up from 30 percent who said so in 2014. Seven percent say the country spends too much, an all-time low.
