UPDATE: Usher Wants Herpes Accuser’s Medical Team To Testify

The reason Usher wants this is to prove he wasn’t the one that gave her herpes. Laura Helms claims in a lawsuit that Usher infected her with the herpes virus back in 2017 after they had two sexual encounters. Usher wants the medical centers where the doctors are employed to show Laura Helm’s medical records from 2012 to the present. The records request includes, test results, prescriptions, diagnoses, payment records and doctor communication records.
