R&B legend Stephanie Mills doesn’t hold back on her thoughts about R. Kelly. She believes he should locked up. She doesn’t think his music should be muted. She also thinks R. Kelly’s ex wife Andrea Kelly should go to jail too. Stephanie believes there is no way that Drea Kelly didn’t know what was going on. She also believes his handlers knew what was going on and need to be in jail also.
