R. Kelly is being investigated for criminal failure to pay child support. Prosecutors in Chicago are looking to charge him. The State’s Attorney is investigating the over $160k he owes ex-wife Drea Kelly. TMZ reports Drea has been in touch with prosecutors. Any amount over $20k can be filed as a felony. If he’s charged, he can be immediately arrested and will land right back in jail. A judge has ordered Kellz to pay the $161,663 by March 6 or else he’ll go back to jail.
One of the conditions of bail for R. Kelly was no contact with females under 18. But the first stop R. Kelly made after his release was Chicago’s “Rock n Roll” McDonald’s. It’s a popular hangout for teens and underage females that is known for its fun décor and blaring music. It’s the same location where R. Kelly allegedly met a teenager who he impregnated and later arranged to have an abortion.
