R. Kelly, according to his lawyer, doesn’t have the $100,000 to get out on bail (as of this post). That’s the 10% required. Bond is $1 million. But according to Chicago Tribune reporter Will Lee, female fans have been calling the court asking how to help with bail. Will Lee tweeted, “A court clerk just told me their office was receiving calls from female #RKelly fans wanting to know how to post bail for him. The love is real, I guess.”
