Reginald Clemons, who was one of the four guys that raped and killed sisters Robin and Julie Kerry back in 1994 on the Chain of Rocks Bridge in St. Louis, could be getting out of prison soon. He’ll be eligible for parole in November of 2020, seeing as how he’s already served over 20 years of his sentence.
