Tom Brady Won’t Fight Suspension Anymore

Can you believe its been 18 months since the deflated football thing with Tom Brady and the NFL.
On Wednesday, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals denied a petition from Tom and the NFL Players Association to listen to his side of the story. Tom says he had no idea that the footballs had less air than required.
So what now???
The case had to go to the U.S. Supreme Court. Today(Friday July 15th) Tom Brady announced he was giving up the fight, saying he has “made the difficult decision to no longer proceed with the legal process.”
This means Tom will be suspended for the first 4 games of the 2016-17 NFL season.
