Everywhere on social media people are so ready to cut one another off for the new year. Is that really going to happen in 1 minute? As the time goes from 11:59 to 12:00 no one truly changes; it’s just another minute in the day that can be used to accomplish goals.
Instead of bashing who’s not going to make it into your life in 2016, focus on self goals. I have a strategy for you to use to evolve in the new year, and not just overnight.
Focus, focus, focus. Stay on top of things you want to get accomplished. Purchase a planner and jot down realistic goals within a realistic time frame. Once they are accomplished scratching them off your list will be an amazing feeling.
Get active and healthy. You’ve got to have energy if you want to chase your dreams. You don’t have to be on an extreme diet to feel good and get healthy. Take things one step at a time by cutting out bad food habits. One by one your energy and confidence will show up and show out.
Be true to yourself. Stop making dramatic changes knowing the outcome won’t be what your looking for. Do what you want and when you want. You don’t have to follow trends to feel good about yourself. Who cares what the world is doing, you may be the one to change it just by doing something different.
