Iman Shumpert and Teyana Taylor Get Engaged at Baby Shower!

Boy was I hoping this would happen!  Get ready for some bling envy – NBA star Iman Shumpert and singer Teyana Taylor are officially engaged, and she’s got the stunning ring to show it!

The Cleveland Cavaliers athlete made an appearance Saturday night at the “Royal Shower” held inside the Museum of Contemporary Art in Cleveland where he decided to pop the question. As you could have guessed, she absolutely said yes!

As for the ring, let’s just say it’s something special. “I am his Ruby Woo…I’m still speechless,” Taylor wrote on Instagram while flashing the new bling. “I love you baby. @imanshumpert.”

She added, “Thank You @imanshumpert for putting the color back in my life! I love you so much.”

The Hollywood couple are having a little girl! In fact, Taylor revealed their child, who will be named Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr., is due on Jan. 16.

“When a man loves a woman how she was born to be loved…procreation is the best blessing you can receive!” Shumpert wrote on social media. “I couldn’t be more happy than to share my first child with the woman I intended to have my family with.”

As the couple waits for the arrival of their first child, both parties appear to be more than excited for what the future holds.

“Women are still standing strong as Lord’s most beautiful creation,” Shumpert wrote  on Facebook with a photo of his leading lady posing by the pool in a bikini. “Junie will be here soon thru the strength of this beauty!” AWWWWWW isn’t that SO sweet?

But at some seven months preggers I hope they can jump that broom BEFORE their baby is born! Planning for a baby AND a wedding is ALOT to do when you so big you can’t see your feet! I say they just elope but in any case CONGRATS to this beautiful couple!
